1. Order confirmation
Business enquiries become orders only after product availability, specification, quantity, pricing, packaging, payment terms and delivery details are confirmed by DNP.
2. Packaging & dispatch
Packaging and dispatch timelines depend on the product, quantity, destination and agreed commercial terms. The confirmed timeline should be communicated with the order.
3. Logistics
Courier, transport or freight arrangements may vary by destination and shipment size. Tracking details can be displayed in the customer account when available.
4. Delays
Transit and dispatch can be affected by logistics conditions, documentation, holidays, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside the supplier's direct control.
